Mahfouzcare Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Global Medical Leader Mindray
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Mahfouzcare, the medical division of Mahfouz Holding, has signed a strategic two-year agreement with Mindray, a leading global provider of medical devices and solutions headquartered in China. The agreement grants Mahfouzcare exclusive distribution rights for Mindray’s ultrasound and life support product lines across Saudi Arabia.
The signing ceremony took place in the presence of key dignitaries including Sharaf Al-Din Mahfouz, Chinese Ambassador Li Chen, and other high-ranking officials. The agreement was formalized between Sharaf Al-Din Mahfouz, Chairman of Al Sawari Holding, and Mr. Jason Wang, Vice President of Mindray International.
Under this partnership, Mindray will provide a comprehensive portfolio of life support equipment in Saudi Arabia, including anaesthesia machines, defibrillators, infusion and syringe pumps, monitors, ventilators, and ECG systems.
HE Sheikh Turki expressed optimism about the long-term prospects of the partnership:
“This agreement will help us offer comprehensive life support solutions from an internationally-recognized provider of top-quality medical devices throughout Saudi Arabia. We look forward to a long-term, mutually beneficial cooperation with Mindray.”
He also noted future plans:
“We are exploring other areas within the medical sector. For now, our focus remains on establishing a strong presence in distribution. Additional ventures will be considered based on feasibility and market needs.”
